Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with NO_ONE Fragrance.
We want you to have a smooth experience, but due to the nature of fragrance products, returns and refunds follow strict conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

To maintain hygiene and product safety standards:

✔ Returns are accepted ONLY if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product packaging was tampered during delivery

  • Order is defective or leaking

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Opened bottles

  • Fragrance not matching personal preference

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Wrong address provided by the customer


2. Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within:

➡️ 24–48 hours of receiving the order

After 48 hours, return requests cannot be accepted.


3. Proof Required

To process your return request, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of damaged or wrong product

  • Clear photo of the outer packaging

  • Order ID & contact details

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

  • The returned product is received and inspected

  • The issue is verified by our team

Refund method:

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment mode

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Refund will NOT be processed if:

  • The product is used or opened

  • Returned without valid reason

  • Damage is caused by the customer after delivery


5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you can choose:

✔ Replacement of the same product
OR
✔ Refund (only if replacement is not available)

Replacements depend on stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before it is shipped.

Once shipped:

❌ Order cannot be cancelled
❌ Refund cannot be issued

If the order is dispatched, you must wait for delivery.


7. Wrong Address or Undelivered Orders

If the package returns due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Failed delivery attempts

➡️ Re-shipping charges will apply.
➡️ Refund is NOT applicable in such cases.


8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted products

  • Limited edition releases

  • Mystery/Combo boxes
