Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NO_ONE Fragrance.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.


2. Shipping Timeline

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

🌍 International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 12–26 business days

⚠️ Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, weather, or seasonal rush.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • International orders may include extra duties/taxes which must be paid by the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

You can monitor the shipment in real time.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
NO_ONE Fragrance is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the wrong address is entered, contact us immediately:

Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.


6. Delivery Attempts

The courier usually attempts delivery 2–3 times.
If undelivered, the package may return to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.


7. Damaged / Missing Items (Updated)

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Take a clear unboxing video showing the parcel before opening

  2. Capture all sides of the box + shipping label

  3. Highlight the damaged/missing area clearly

  4. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  5. Do not discard the packaging until investigation is complete

🔄 We do not accept returns.
✔️ Only replacement is provided — strictly after valid video proof.


8. International Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes if applicable.

  • Customs may delay or hold packages, which is beyond our control.


9. Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier logistics issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Strikes or natural events

We will assist in tracking but delays do not qualify for refunds.
