5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
NO_ONE Fragrance is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the wrong address is entered, contact us immediately:
Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier usually attempts delivery 2–3 times.
If undelivered, the package may return to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged / Missing Items (Updated)
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

Take a clear unboxing video showing the parcel before opening

Capture all sides of the box + shipping label

Highlight the damaged/missing area clearly

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Do not discard the packaging until investigation is complete
